Vinarium: the special place for wine lovers
South Tyrol is the land of wine. And even if it is not grown at Solda itself, it can still be enjoyed here. Over 400 wines are stored well sorted in our „Vinarium“. South Tyrolean classics as well as rarities, international top wines and wines from controlled organic cultivation. A wonderful idea to taste them at a degustation with chef Lukas himself (on request and for a fee).
Wallnöfer Lukas is not only a qualified wine sommelier, but also a passionate cheese sommelier. Those who come to enjoy his weekly wine and cheese tastings know afterwards what passion and love for wine really means. While our wines come from all over the world, the cheese, which goes wonderfully with the noble drops, comes mainly from the neighbourhood.

Once a week Chef Lukas takes guests into the world of wine. By appointment and for a fee, he invites you to taste wine and cheese in the Vinarium. In a detailed manner, he tells all kinds of interesting facts about the two products, which complement each other wonderfully, and serves the most exquisite wines and cheese snacks.

The „Vinarium“ is our wine treasure trove. Around 400 wines are stored here, South Tyrolean classics as well as rarities, international top wines, wines from controlled organic cultivation and Piwi wines.

Of course, a glass of wine goes wonderfully with the meal you are served. Likewise, our hotel bar is ideal for enjoying a glass or two in a relaxed atmosphere with lounge music.
