Important to know

The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

 

On the day of departure you can use the room until 11 am. Should you require the room for longer than 11 am, an additional charge will be made. 

Breakfast: 7:30 am - 10:30 am (casual)

 

Lunch: 12:00 pm - 1:50 pm, À la carte in the Lodenstube oder on the terrace (against payment)

 

Dinner: 6:45 pm - 8:15 pm (dress code)

 

Please arrive at Restaurant 1865 by 8:15 at the latest to be able to enjoy the full menu. Later arrivals (after 8:15 pm) may mean that some dishes from the menu can no longer be served for organisational reasons. We can also cater for the following food intolerances: vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan only if booked in advance. The kitchen crew cannot take special requests into consideration, such as dishes without salt, without pepper, without garlic and so on!

Pets are accepted in our hotel.

 

We charge € 25,- per pet per day without food. Your dog does not have access to the Restaurant 1865, neither to the wellness or pool area. For a surcharge of € 15,- per day | pet, it can be possible to have breakfast and dinner together with your dog in the Lodenstube (only on request). Please note that the Lodenstube accepts a maximum of 5 pets per day.

 

As a dog owner, you assume liability for all damage in the room and within the hotel premises (insurance recommended). Should this occur, you will be charged for the costs.

The night's rest is from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. During this period, guests and persons using the hotel service are obliged not to disturb the stay of other guests. We would also like to politely point out to all our customers that the hotel does not have a 24-hour service or a night porter. Should a guest have a medical emergency, please call the Europe-wide standardised emergency number #112.   

After check-in you will receive access to the free Wifi.

The hotel is under 24-hour video surveillance in all publicly accessible rooms, corridors and the garage. We kindly ask all guests to dispose their rubbish in the appropriate rubbish bins.

Your room is only definitely reserved after receipt the deposit (details can be found in the option mail).

 

Desired room? We are happy to arrange this for a fee of € 15,- per night and room, subject to availability.

 

Desired table? Tables are allocated according to the Hotel guidelines. Certain tables are automatically pre-reserved for suites. Should you wish to have one of these tables, you can ask the head waiter and, depending on availability & for an additional charge, this may be possible.

We accept cash up to € 4.999,99.- (italian state law).

Credit cards: are accepted Mastercard, Visa and Eurocard.

The local tax is charged per night and person aged 14 and over and is paid on the final bill of every guest (check out).
