As soon as you wake up in the morning, the smell of fresh croissants and cappuccino lures you to the rich breakfast buffet. In the evening, delightful creations from our kitchen, accompanied by exquisite drops from the wine cellar, make palates and hearts happy. And in between? You can enjoy small dishes from our afternoon menu in the Lodenstube or on the sun terrace (for a fee).

Morning delights
In the morning, the Paradies Pure Mountain Resort offers a buffet breakfast: various types of bread, sweets, sausage and cheese specialities, crêpes to make yourself, a selection of muesli, South Tyrolean yoghurt, fresh fruit, freshly prepared egg dishes, gluten-free products, home-pressed juices and much more.
Lunch in the Lodenstube or on the sun terrace
At lunchtime we serve delicious à la carte from 12:00 pm to 13:45 pm.
From 2:00 pm, snacks are available for in-between hunger a selection of cold dishes, apple strudel (depends on vailability), ice cream sundaes and cool cocktails (all for a fee).
Evening gourmet treat
In the evening, a rich salad and starter buffet awaits our guests every day. The delicious creations that our kitchen team conjures up are prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients that we source from local producers wherever possible.
World of experience: wine
A delicious meal should be accompanied by a special wine. Our well-stocked wine cellar „Vinarium“ contains the finest wines from the region and various wine-growing areas of the world. Wallnöfer Lukas, the hotel manager, is a qualified sommelier and can give you expert advice on request. Your stay at the Paradies Pure Mountain Resort will be an unforgettable taste experience.
