Important Information for Your Stay

Our Smart Holiday Guide

Off to new adventures! People often have a lot of questions when they go on holiday. On this page, we have compiled everything you need to satisfy your curiosity and increase your anticipation. If you have any unanswered questions or if anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help!

Adults Only Light
  • Our hotel welcomes guests aged 12 and over.
  • Family weeks for parents with children aged 5 and over take place at MyPARADIES in the following periods: 
    - Winter season: 20.12. – 27.12.2025 I 03.01. – 10.01.2026 I 31.01 – 07.02.2026 I 14.02. – 28.02.2026 I 11.04. – 18.04.2026
    - Summer season: 03.07. – 17.07.2026 I 22.08. – 05.09.2026 I 24.10. – 07.11.2026
Arrival and Departure
  • Check-in from 3:00 pm
  • Check-out before 11:00 am
  • Late check-out until max. 5:00 pm is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. This includes access to the room and the all-inclusive experience and is available from € 99 per person aged 16 and over (€ 45 per child) 
Room Reservation
  • We will happily send you a non-binding offer on request.
  • The prices are per person and night with all-inclusive service.
  • Single occupancy of the rooms is possible on request at a surcharge of € 65. The suites are designed exclusively for two or more people.
  • Children's prices:
    5 – 11.99 years 50% discount
    12 – 15.99 years 30% discount
    from 16 years, there is a 15% discount on the 3rd bed in the room
  • A deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required before your booking can be confirmed.
Local Tax
  • The local tax is € 3.70 per night and person aged 14 and over. It is not included in the price of your stay and needs to be paid on site.
Pets
  • Your well-behaved dog is welcome in every room category. However, advance notification is required.
  • We charge a surcharge of € 35 per pet and night.
  • You will find a surprise bag of treats for your four-legged friend in the room/suite.
  • Your pet will be able to access the Chamin Lounge, the hotel bar, and La Terrazza. Pets are not allowed access to Restaurant 1865, the entire wellness pool and sauna area, including the Sky Spa, and the gym.
  • Please arrange room cleaning with the housekeeping staff and respect the peace and quiet of the other guests.
  • For reasons of hygiene, your furry friend is not allowed in bed with you in the hotel, and your dog must be kept on a lead inside the hotel and on the hotel grounds.
  • Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets in the room or within the hotel grounds.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only valid in writing.     

Cancellation policy without our travel precaution Paradies Sure:

  • A processing fee of € 50 per room will be charged up to 30 days before arrival.
  • From 59 to 30 days before arrival, 80% of the total cost will be charged.
  • From 29 to 10 days before arrival, 80% of the total cost will be charged.
  • From 9 days before arrival, as well as in case of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total costs will be charged.

Cancellation policy with our travel precaution Paradies Sure:

  • You can add our travel precaution for € 4 per person per night. In this case, the processing fee of € 50 per room does not apply. A one-time change or postponement of the reservation is possible within one year. The amount due for the travel precaution will be deducted from the existing deposit. The remaining amount can be credited to your next holiday at MyPARADIES or transferred back to you. If you book again, you will need to take out a new travel precaution policy.

Payment Options

The hotel bill can be paid in cash upon departure (within the statutory limit) or by debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
