Important Information for Your Stay

• Our hotel welcomes guests aged 12 and over.
• Family weeks for parents with children aged 5 and over take place at MyPARADIES in the following periods:
  • Winter: 14.02. – 28.02.2026 I 28.03. – 11.04.2026
  • Summer: 03.07. – 17.07.2026 I 22.08. – 05.09.2026 I 24.10. – 07.11.2026

• Check-in from 3:00 pm, early arrival with an additional charge
• Check-out before 11:00 am
• Late check-out until max. 5:00 pm only upon request and with an additional fee. 

• The prices are per person and night with exclusively All-Inclusive service.
• Single occupancy of the rooms is possible on request at a surcharge of € 65. The suites are designed only for two or more people.
• Children's prices:
  • 5 – 11.99 years 50% discount
  • 12 – 15.99 years 30% discount
  • from 16 years, there is a 15% discount on the 3^rd bed in the room
• A deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required before your booking can be confirmed.

• The local tax is € 3.70 per night and person aged 14 and over. It is not included in the price of your stay and needs to be paid on site.

• Your well-behaved dog (small and medium size) is welcome at the hotel upon prior reservation.
• A maximum of one dog is allowed per room|suite.
• For each pet and per night, we charge a supplement of € 35, including a surprise treat upon arrival.
• Access allowed: Hotel bar, La Terrazza, and, upon prior reservation also in the Alpine Nest for breakfast and dinner (maximum 5 dogs per day).
• Access not allowed: Restaurant 1865, entire wellness pool and sauna area, Sky Terrace, gym, Chamin Lounge.
• Arrange room cleaning with the housekeeping staff. Respect the peace and relaxation of other guests.
• In the room|suite, your pet is not allowed on the bed for hygiene reason. We also expect your dog to be kept on a leash within the hotel and on the hotel grounds.
• Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets in the room or within the hotel premises.

• Cancellations are only valid in writing.     
• Cancellation policy without our travel precaution Paradies Sure:
• A processing fee of € 50 per room will be charged up to 30 days before arrival.
  • From 59 to 30 days before arrival, 80% of the total cost will be charged.
  • From 29 to 10 days before arrival, 80% of the total cost will be charged.
  • From 9 days before arrival, as well as in case of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
     
• Cancellation policy with our travel precaution  Paradies Sure:
  • You can add our travel precaution for € 4 per person per night.
  • In this case, the processing fee of € 50 per room does not apply.
  • A one-time change or postponement of the reservation is possible within one year.
  • The amount due for the travel precaution will be deducted from the existing deposit. The remaining amount can be credited to your next holiday at MyPARADIES or transferred back to you.
  • If you book again, you will need to take out a new travel precaution policy.

The hotel bill can be paid in cash upon departure (within the statutory limit) or by debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
