Breakfast from the buffet: a selection of various types of bread, various jams and honey, different kinds of sweets, sausage specialties, local cheeses, make-your-own crêpe, muesli, South Tyrolean yoghurts, fresh fruit, egg dishes at the buffet, squeezed vegetable juices, gluten-free products and much more.
Lunchtime: you can choose from the à la carte menú and take a seat in the Lodenstube or at the terrace (only on payment).
Snacks from 2 p.m. : a small selection of cold dishes, apple strudel according to availability, sundae and refreshing drinks (all to pay extra).
Dinner with daily buffet: fresh seasonal ingredients, that we source from local producers and which are included in half-board.
Alpine or mediterranean: Südtirol grapes (Alto Adige)
